Had 11 windows and 2 doors replaced. Window World was great to work with from sales to install. Was surprised how quick they got it scheduled after everything arrived at their local office. Had a couple of small issues that were found after the install, but they came back and straightened it out. Everything looks great. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I requested quotes from 3 window companies, small job. Window World was the easiest to work with. One company never showed up. After explaining our problem to the other company, the salesperson started saying he was having computer problems and could not give me a quote I said just e mail it to me, never got one. The problem was two windows to be replaced or repaired. Window world listened, gave a quote and I have their windows. Installation went smoothly. They have different series of windows we were quoted the 4000. series when I asked about their 6000 series upgrades, I was told the 4000 is all we need but he would be happy to sell me the 6000 if I insist. We have the 4000. and are happy with them.

They called let us know when they were coming! Show up did their work on our Windows clean up that evening came back the next day and finished clean up show us how to work the windows. And they called a few times after to back sure we were satisfied. Worth what we paid for.!
